Improving Access to General Practice Services (IAGPS)
Dorset CCG is working to improve access to appointments for the patients across Dorset, in particular at evenings and weekends. The IAGPS project reflects an entirely new way of working. Its aim is to provide a service that is useful to patients, is safe, and provide genuinely additional primary care capacity to support GP services.
If you are unable to make a suitable appointment at our surgery, then please consider being seen at one of the sites offering the extended services. Please be aware that you will NOT be able to see your USUAL GP or NURSE at any of these clinics.
How do I make an Appointment?
Patients should phone the Tollerford Practice to make an appointment at any of the centers providing the services.
Patients are free to choose to visit any of the Dorset area to give a wider range of appointment availability.
